SUMMER CAMP
Y-Camp gives children a safe, fun place to spend the day while school is out. Through active play, engaging activities, and daily routines, campers stay involved all summer and return to school ready to learn.

REGISTRATION
Registration Fee $25/Child
Opens March 15, 2027 at 9:00 a.m.
Completed enrollments are processed within one week. After processing, families will receive the first week’s invoice by email.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to children 4* through 11 years old (PreK to 5th Grade).
- Must be fully toilet trained
- Must have attended a Pre-K program
- Shot and medical records required for 4-year-olds
*4-year-olds will remain on-site and will not attend field trips or outside facility activities.
PAYMENT & FEES

Payment is due weekly. Families are responsible for scheduled weeks, even if a child is absent. The first week’s payment is due within 24 hours of the emailed invoice. Enrollment may be cancelled if payment is not received. Holding fees for absent weeks are limited to 2 weeks.

MINI CAMPS
Y-Camps provide safe, fun care for children on select days when school is out. Each camp offers a supervised, engaging environment where children can enjoy planned activities, lunch, and snack while families have reliable care for the day.

Offered on LISD and Lubbock Cooper ISD staff development days and most holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Closed Friday, July 2 for Independence Day.
REGISTRATION
Registration Fee $25/Child
Current Y-Care participants do not pay a registration fee. New participants pay a one-time fee at their first Mini Camp, covering all Mini Camps for the school year. Enrollments are processed within one week, followed by the first invoice by email.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to children in Pre-K through 5th grade.
- Must be fully toilet trained
- 5-year-olds must have attended structured Pre-K or Kindergarten
- Must be 5 on or before May 26, 2027
