Many health plans offer this award-winning program to people who are eligible for Medicare or to group retirees. SilverSneakers and Silver & Fit provide a free YWCA membership to qualified individuals. Talk to your Health Insurance to see if you qualify. Once you do, stop by YWCA’s front office to fill out a waiver form and you’ll be ready to start!
