HR Administrator

The HR Administrator performs a variety of personnel related duties including managing employee health, retirement and other benefit plans for the organization. This position is a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefits-related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations. This position provides administrative support to the HR function as needed (including but not limited to: correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HR Information systems entry). The HR administrator also ensures plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and plan provisions are followed.


Early Head Start Teacher

Provides a successful, safe nd supervised educational setting for children while they are in the Early Head Start environment (classroom, outdoor play area, and field trips). Develop individual goals for children, provide ongoing assessment on progress and facilitate transition into Head Start or other preschool settings. Encourage parent involvement in all aspects of the program. Must meet requirements per Federal Head Start Performance Standards and any local, state and/or agency policies and procedures.


Director: Facilities

Oversee employee and visitor safety, custodial, housekeeping, building maintenance, repair and upgrades and comply with environmental, safety and health procedures relating to facility operations including IT.


Community Youth Development: Program Specialist

Provide support to the CYD Coordinator and work directly with the CYD program curriculum and participants.


YWCAre After-School Care Staff: (part-time)

We are seeking positive role models to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to help kids in your area learn and grow. Monday-Friday 3-6pm, but we are flexible on hours!


Bus Driver (Part-time)

We are looking for a responsible and reliable bus driver to transport students involved in our programs.
