Custodial Staff

The YWCA of Lubbock is looking for self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Custodial Team. This individual must be able to work without supervision but also want to be a part of a team. Applicants must be friendly and outgoing to fit within the organizational culture. This position is full-time (at least 30 hours per week) and requires a flexible schedule. Benefits include insurance, PTO and holiday pay, and retirement. All applicants must pass a background check and fingerprint check before starting to work.


Fitness Instructors

YWCA is looking for fitness instructors who are talented, high-energy, and passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. Duties include leading, planning and executing group classes, motivating members, and building class attendance. We are looking for instructors who can get creative in brainstorming new class ideas based on current fitness trends.


YWCAre After-School Care Staff

Help day-to-day supervision such as creating and leading group activities/games and arts and crafts, provide and encourage a clean, positive, safe environment for students.


Lifeguard Instructor

We are now hiring a certified lifeguard instructor to assist in the training of YWCA of Lubbock staff. Must have a current American Red Cross LGI certifications, Lifeguard Training certification, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
