Primary duties include assisting program directors with ideas and packages to promote their business area. Assists on all YWCA Outreach Events to ensure event logistics and proper dissemination of information. Promotes the YWCA through sales and marketing opportunities. Works with Lemonade Day Committee to help YWCA fulfill responsibilities to Lemonade Day Board.
Directs activities for the after-school program and summer camp; provides a safe, healthy, and organized environment with age appropriate social, creative, and educational activities for participating children.
A Full time, exempt position to support the YWCA in recruiting and retaining a mission-focused staff. Must be highly adaptable but focused, HR-minded individual with a strong understanding of strengths-based performance assessment.
Performs all aspects of purchasing for the company and for managing inventory, distribution and control of those items for all company locations. The Coordinator must identify the products that are to be purchased, identify the most appropriate supplier for the products, confirm all aspects of pricing, confirm all deliveries and maintain an inventory control database. The position reports to the Finance Manager.
Oversee employee and visitor safety, custodial, housekeeping, building maintenance, repair and upgrades and comply with environmental, safety and health procedures relating to facility operations including IT.

Supports the success of fundraising events. Works with staff and volunteer leadership to assist with planning, coordinating and implementing events designed to raise funds for and to promote community awareness of YWCA of Lubbock programs and services.
Provide support to the CYD Coordinator and work directly with the CYD program curriculum and participants.
Integrate 40 Developmental Assets throughout the program curriculum; engage with youth and parents to recruit participants and with businesses and organizations to recruit mentoring relationships and possible internships. Work directly with the Program Director and staff to design a program schedule and curriculum that is relevant to today’s youth. Asses and evaluates CYD program at all times to ensure all benchmarks are being met. Work with the communications department to design the marketing materials that support the program.

Responsible for the safety of our patrons at the Sun 'n Fun Pool. Must have lifeguard certification.
